Desktop Scroller (GNOME 3.38)
Switch between desktops scrolling at the upper edge of the screen, including in overview. Change your delay between scroll events in extension.js. If you want to scroll on more lines from the top of the screen just remember that other extensions or indicators will not be able to catch their scroll events.
