(It is Gnome 3.20 — 3.38 version, Gnome 40+ version is https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/4257/scroll-panel/) Switch workspaces by scrolling on topbar, switch windows by scrolling on application name in topbar. Extension has per-device sensitivity and behaviuor settings (device distinguishing works only in X.org for now).
