Adds smooth gestures to gnome. So far only 3 finger swipe up/down gesture is implemented, the gesture shows/hides overview. The progression of the gesture follows finger movement, unlike lots of other implementations, that emulate key presses when the gesture ends. This is WIP, I intend to implement smooth back/forward swipe in browsers, dragging window, and possibly some others. If you have any requests, you are welcome to write them here in the comments.
