Manage startup application, With lot and lot of search on gnome-3 I couldn't find this function and used to switch the gnome to old and launch the application and again come back to gnome 3. So, manange your startup applications from user menu. Added support for 3.8 also. Download: https://extensions.gnome.org/review/2769
