Uhm... what about "utilities-terminal" from the start, instead of first creating a start-here icon and the replacing it immediately? Also, what about launching gnome-terminal from the app system (so startup notification and focus stealing prevention work)? Otherwise, ok

It's my first extension and I used the force quit extension as a base system. I just changed some values. I have no idea about the icon replacement thing
