When desktop icons are disabled, nautilus-open-terminal is not effective. This extension re-introduces an "Open Terminal" menu item when right-clicking on the desktop background.

Just wanted to note this is intended to be an updated version of the gnome-shell-open-terminal at https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/721/gnome-shell-open-terminal/. I end up updating it for myself every release since it was abandoned by the author after 3.10, so I figured I might as well offer it for other people to use.
Approved. Although I don't see it causing any problems, whenever your next release is would you mind removing the PopupMenu prototype methods in `disable()`? Just to be extra clean :)
