Approved and sorry about the wait. Just a note: usually we reject extensions that create any objects in `init()`. I can see that might not be an option for you and you put a lot of work into making sure it cleans up after itself. Please just continue to be sure that when a user disables your extension it has the same effect as uninstalling it completely. If you can do that, I'll be happy to make an exception to the rule :)
