This extension allows switching between windows or workspaces by scrolling Gnome Shell topbar with mouse (both in overview and workspace modes).

Please move everything inside ExtensionModule.constructor() to enable(): https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GnomeShell/Extensions/Review#Don.2BIBk-t_do_anything_major_in_init.28.29 Currently you are doing so much there. Some lines can be ok there but you are creating a chain that can give reviewers a very hard time to review + the end point of the chain for some are also doing too much in construct.
