can I know what version of GNOME you're running on what distro? also which window system (X or Wayland). I cannot seem to replicate this bug. What do you mean by 'disable'? I disabled it in the extensions app and it showed nothing like this. It was totally normal and there were 0 issues. I stress tested the app again too, nothing. I'm running fedora 34 with GNOME 34.
I meant GNOME 40 not 34. Sorry about that

Fedora Rawhide is not a stable release and it is the source of your problem. Review my extension again and use something that's actually stable like Fedora 34, Ubuntu 20.04+, Arch Linux, or Debian, not a beta release of Fedora. I am simply unable to recreate this error on any of my stable OS virtual machines (Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu 21.04, Fedora 34, Arch Linux, Debian), so the problem is very likely with the OS you are using and not my program. I replicated this bug with a Fedora Rawhide instance on GNOME boxes but it is the only instance where it is actually replicated and no other OS produces this error. I am certain this is only with Fedora Rawhide (which is an unstable release in general). This bug has nothing to do with my code. This is an issue for the Fedora team to fix. I understand that it is still a bug, but it is not my problem to fix because it is not because of my program. Also, the bug itself does not cause any issues with the extension, system, or userspace in general. This is an error message that does absolutely nothing and causes no issues whatsoever (other than a simple error message).
