Turn on-off Cloudflare on panel

1. Rejected because you can block GNOME Shell when you are spawning command line like that. Use async methods instead. Please read this page for more info: https://gjs.guide/guides/gio/subprocesses.html 2. Also do `myPopup = null;` on disable(). 3. It's better to create `on` and `off` variables inside `enable()` or `MyPopup`. btw, write a proper description in metadata.json.
