When desktop icons are disabled, nautilus-open-terminal is not effective. This extension re-introduces an "Open Terminal" menu item when right-clicking on the desktop background.

Does "shell-version": ["3.8.4"] limit it to exactly 3.8.4? Or to 3.8.4 and up? Or the 3.8 series and up? Or what? I believe this extension will work on more than just version 3.8.4.
Uploaded new version since "shell-version": ["3.8.4"] was far too restrictive to be useful. This extension should be compatible with 3.9 and hence 3.10, as I was consulting git master branch js code when I created the extension for my own 3.8 install.
