1. Use "40" instead of "40.0". 40 means all minor versions of 40 is supported. 2. Don't disable selectively (line 53-59 extension.js). You should destroy and null out everything on disable no matter what status the session is. 3. Change the screenshot to a proper one. Currently you are just using a wallpaper without any GNOME Shell ui element.
