Note: This extension is unmaintained as I think there is little utility with the new header-bar GNOME apps. Shows the title of window when scrolled on the appMenu button. Useful with extension Maximus (best used with quit button and window button extensions) where title bar is hidden. It does not replace the default app name box. Instead button placed on its left(with mouse over and mouse out- no clicking)

Implemented János Illés and merged his commit. The issue : After clicking on the app name, the app menu pops up in front of the tooltip so the whole tooltip is not visible anymore. So just remove it after clicking.
There was problem in 3.12 about displaying tooltip beneath appMenu Therefore I submitted another version.
