SettingsCenter

The default settings shortcuts are: gnome-tweak-tool, dconf-editor, gconf-editor, gnome-session-properties, gnome-shell-extension-prefs, seahorse and nvidia-settings. Via the settings you can add your own and even change the name of the menu. This is an updated version for newer GNOME versions (up to 3.14.2). Others have, but now the GitHub page of the origin author is gone as well so there's no way to get in contact. And the other author's page is gone as well.
