App menu is back

The good old original app menu. Uses native GNOME Shell button. If you activate Places Menu extension after this one, you should turn off/one this one to get a proper indicators order. No issue on next login if both extensions are enabled. For a customizable app menu, please consider 'Window title is back' extension.
