Meng Zhuo waiting for author
Have you try to contact the original maintainer about it? I can transfer the ownership to you. Let the original maintainer send an email title with "XXX ownership transfer to <your nickname/email>" to mengzhuo1203<at>gmail.com

The oner says to have sent the mail. One question: would it be possible to change the UUID after transfer of ownership?
Meng Zhuo rejected
No, you can't change uuid. I have already change the ownership. Reject this extension.
