Review of "AthanTimes" version 5

Details Page Preview

Athan is a prayer time notification in Islam. And this is a notifier Gnome extension for Linux, plus a quick reminder for the Islamic Hijri date. It's just another fork of the original (Azan) extension by [fahrinh]; for Shell 46. Important Changes: - Position is hard-coded to 'center' for a status-indicator issue. (check the repo for details)

Dropped the position customization in favor of time updates (on the label)! The problem was still that "conflicting point to the same extension because of addToStatusArea hit in the minute loop! If you have a solution to this, I would really appreciate it! How do people update their status indicators if they cannot use any other method other than addToStatusArea AND if they hit it twice - to my limited knowledge of literally 2 days - it would throw because the identifier of the indicator already exists!

You may find the clock menu position code in my extension helpful (`child-added` signal for panel box). You can also ask questions in: - [GNOME Extensions Matrix Channel](https://matrix.to/#/#extensions:gnome.org) - IRC Bridge: irc://irc.gimpnet.org/shell-extensions
