There might be an issue with destroying the extension. Not sure if I am doing the right thing.

After deactivating the extension the output of "journalctl /usr/bin/gnome-shell -f -o cat" shows clutter_text_get_editable: assertion 'CLUTTER_IS_TEXT (self)' failed clutter_text_get_text: assertion 'CLUTTER_IS_TEXT (self)' failed clutter_text_set_text: assertion 'CLUTTER_IS_TEXT (self)' failed
