Displays various USD to ARS (Argentine Peso) exchange rates on the GNOME panel. Shows Official, Blue, MEP, CCL, Mayorista, Cripto, and Tarjeta dollar rates, rotating every 5 seconds. Data updates every 30 seconds from DolarAPI.

1. Please remove 3.38-44 from shell versions. This package is not supported those versions. 2. Remove 50 since we don't have GNOME Shell 50.
