I rewrote everything to async, which caused issues with the default indicator, so I did many more fixes. Version 3 was automatically rejected, and Version 4 was likely rejected due to my lack of response. Please review Version 5; I am submitting it unchanged relative to Version 4.

As mentioned before, line 162 `browserManager.js` is a sync spawn. Sync spawn can freeze the shell process. Use async instead: [GJS Guide: Subprocesses](https://gjs.guide/guides/gio/subprocesses.html#complete-examples)
