Switch Internal/Headphone Audio

Adds a button to the top bar that enables internal speakers manually. This extension acts as a workaround when the headphones are plugged in but the system doesn't expose both audio outputs.

Approved since this is a port for 45+ but please move to `Gvc.MixerControl` for the next one if all the features are available there: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/blob/main/js/ui/status/volume.js#L22
