The code is fine. But our policy is that extensions have an english-only name and description. I understand that the target audience speaks/reads/writes the bengali language, but we currently have no way to effectively filter extensions by target audience for our users. If you send the extension in with "Bengali Calendar" as the name I'll approve it.

@maweki Thanks for the review and looking at my code. I thought that the language restriction was for the UUID only, sorry for the inconvenience. I will make the aforementioned changes in the next update, which I plan to add very soon.
