Idle Shame

Idle Shame shows a fullscreen black overlay on your primary monitor when your system has been idle for 90 seconds. A timer in the center counts up from 00:00 so you can see exactly how long you have been away. The moment you touch the mouse or keyboard, the overlay disappears instantly. Respects idle inhibitors — if a video is playing in a browser or media player, the overlay will not appear. Works on both X11 and Wayland. No external dependencies.
