Three Finger Show Desktop

Adds a touchpad gesture that GNOME does not provide: show the desktop with a 3-finger swipe down on the normal desktop (Wayland, GNOME 50). * Swipe down slowly: windows animate toward the screen edge in sync with your fingers; release early to cancel * Swipe down fully: show the desktop; swipe down again to restore * Swipe up is unchanged: only downward 3-finger swipes are captured; Overview and the app grid still use the stock up gesture * No panel icon and no Quick Settings entry
