Stop Notifications Focus Stealing

Prevents notification banners from stealing keyboard focus when the mouse pointer hovers over them. GNOME Shell normally grabs keyboard focus onto a notification banner on hover, so keystrokes are redirected away from the window you are typing in. This extension disables only that focus grab, leaving notifications otherwise unchanged.
