Add a right-click menu to the App Grid and Dash to automatically organize applications into category folders.

1. `initTranslations()` is unnecessary. You can simply use `this.gettext()` in the entry point or import gettext as mentioned in the docs: [Port Guide 45: gettext](https://gjs.guide/extensions/upgrading/gnome-shell-45.html#extensionutils) 2. Please remove the xml file.
