Panel control for Google Photos folder uploads, progress, and quota. Install the extension, then run the one-time backend setup from GitHub (see INSTALL.md — Step 2: scripts/install-backend.sh). Also requires rclone.

Removed backend/ from the extension package. The backend/helper is installed separately from the GitHub repo (scripts/install-helper.sh for CPU Turbo, scripts/install-backend.sh for Photos Upload) linked in metadata url.
