Hide Top Bar (WhiteHades)

Hide GNOME's top bar until you need it. Move the pointer to the top edge to show it, then move away to hide it. The bar stays visible while you use its menus, including over fullscreen apps. This fork fixes hover flicker and settings that cut off controls on GNOME 50. It keeps the bar visible over apps that fill the screen, handles quick pointer movements, and keeps the Activities corner working while the bar slides. Settings wrap and scroll to fit narrow windows and larger text. Supports GNOME 50. Based on Hide Top Bar by Thomas Vogt, Mathieu Lutfy, Philip Witte, and contributors.
