Monitor Control

Brightness and contrast of external monitors from the top bar, over DDC/CI with ddcutil, plus a per-monitor software dimming overlay that goes below the hardware minimum. Settings are restored at login. Requires ddcutil and read access to the i2c buses. The extension stays enabled on the lock screen only to keep the dimming overlay in place: otherwise every unlock would flash the monitors at full brightness. It connects no keyboard input there.
