AirPlay Toggle

Quick Settings toggle for PipeWire's AirPlay (RAOP) speaker discovery. Keeps AirPlay speakers out of your output list until you actually want them, so audio never silently falls back to a network receiver (at full volume) when your monitor sleeps or headphones disconnect. Requires PipeWire with pipewire-pulse, pactl, and Avahi. On Fedora, also disable the always-on discovery in PipeWire's config - see the README.
