Unlock Prompt Fix

Workaround for the GNOME Shell 51.1 lock screen password prompt intermittently failing to appear with a TypeError in authMenuButton.js. Resets a rejected initial authentication mechanism selection. Requires unlock-dialog mode to operate on the lock screen. Uses private Shell APIs; disable when the upstream bug is fixed.
