Herdr agent status in a floating badge that stays visible over fullscreen windows. * A ring and a dot show when an agent is working, done or blocked * Click the badge (or Super+Shift+H) to pick an agent: Herdr focuses it and the terminal window running herdr is raised * Toasts next to the badge when an agent is done or needs you Requires the herdr CLI. Runs "herdr agent list", "herdr agent focus" and "herdr status server" (to follow its event stream); nothing else is launched. OpenMenu and Focus are exposed on the session D-Bus (io.github.hungify.HerdrPip) for when a fullscreen app blocks shortcuts.
