Network download/upload speed and ping latency in the top bar, with history graphs on click or hover, a configurable panel display, and an on-demand Cloudflare speed test.

Notes for review: - Network access only happens when the user clicks "Run speed test" in the menu: it measures latency, download and upload against Cloudflare's public speed-test endpoint (speed.cloudflare.com) using Soup. The test can be cancelled, and the Soup session is aborted in disable(). - A ping subprocess (ping -c1 -W1 1.1.1.1) runs every 2 seconds for the latency graph. It is force-exited and cancelled on disable(). - Throughput is read asynchronously from /proc/net/dev. - Checked with shexli 0.2.1: clean (0 findings).
