Adds a Quick Settings toggle to enable or disable GNOME location services. The switch controls the GNOME global setting `org.gnome.system.location enabled`, the same preference that enables or disables the system's location services.

This extension does not use its own GSettings; it only reads from or queries the “org.gnome.system.location” GSettings (see line 15). The query is used to read/write the “enable” key and also to synchronize the toggle's state.
