wow... I found that you use gtk/gdk to get clipboard content, so it's possible to use gjs instead of those C and X86_64 precompiled files?

You are right! Unforunately, using GJS this is not possible so far due to this issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gjs/issues/14 So the binaries are just a workaround.
