Adds icons to the desktop. If it fails with the trash icon enabled, just open a terminal and run: 'sudo setcap -r /usr/bin/gnome-shell' (without the quotes). Then reboot, and it should be fixed. This seems to happen with Pop!OS and Arch Linux.
