Alternative implementation to the 'Automatic Screen Brightness' found in GNOME settings focusing on: • Smooth transitions that prevent flickering in changing light • Learns your brightness preferences and applies them consistently • Automatic keyboard backlight control in low-light conditions Requires Ambient Light Sensor (ALS) hardware support.
