Simple GUI app for Gnome 3 that provides a menu for initiating SSH/Telnet/Custom Apps connections. (The site extensions.gnome.org does not work well and I can not upload the latest version of "Connection Manager" (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=689994). Use metadata.path to get the current extension dir, rather than building a path from userdatadir yourself.
