Add the Flip to Hack experience to the desktop

This is a fix for the 3.36 version, to avoid to load the extension on 3.38 because this breaks the shell on that version. This will fix the problem of installing the extension on 3.36 and then updating your system. I'll update another version of the 3.38 branch soon.
