You can remove "40.1". "40" would be enough to support all minor versions of 40.
Thanks for the fast approval and the information! IIRC it did not work correctly for the first gnome 40.0 release and this is why I kept the minor versions. For the new versions, I'll not include minor version numbers. :) Thanks again for your work!
It's ok but I think since there isn't any distro with 40.0 or 40.1 anymore that should be ok. btw, you can leave it like that. It was just a recommendation.
