Why are you using `bin/install-udev-rules-for-ydotool.sh` when you can use `Gio.File` (also line 173 prefs.js)?
5q0Fw posted a review
Both `bin/install-udev-rules-for-ydotool.sh` and `prefs#_install_udev_rules_for_ydotool`(line 155-185 prefs ) are not used by this extension in the present. And `bin/install-udev-rules-for-ydotool.sh` is only one of several steps to make `Close by rules` option work. It's not very useful for users. I probably should write a more complex shell script which contains all steps to make `Close by rules` work, but the first step is to install `ydotool`, I only familiar with `dnf`, considering this extension could be running on other distributions, such as Ubuntu, it can't only support dnf, this is why I comment `prefs#_install_udev_rules_for_ydotool`(line 155-185 prefs ) and add instructions on **How to make `Close by rules` work** in the README.md (line 67-91). Should I remove them, then upload a new version?

Yeah, you should remove them and upload the fixed version.
