fix let thmubnailsBoxOp. restore optical value to old value.

Note that the workspace switcher will still slide out and take away space from the window previews, it will just be invisible. A better solution would be to overwrite ThumbnailSlider's _getAlwaysZoomOut() method to always return false. (Also thmubnailsBoxOp should probably be called thumbnailsBoxOp)
