Review of "ISO8601-ish Clock" version 1

Details Page Preview

Overrides Gnome's clock format with ISO8601-inspired one. Clock preferences in Date & Time section of Gnome Settings are respected, in a way. "Date" and "Seconds" behave as usual. "Week Day" inserts ISO Week and Weekday between the date and time. E.g. "2023-10-16 W42-1 19:45".

1. Also null out `this.label` in disable. 2. On disable, you should revert back the label text to its current original value.
