Overrides Gnome's clock format with ISO8601-inspired one. Clock preferences in Date & Time section of Gnome Settings are respected, in a way. "Date" and "Seconds" behave as usual. "Week Day" inserts ISO Week and Weekday between the date and time. E.g. "2023-10-16 W42-1 19:45".

Pardon the double-post. The website displayed a 504 Timed Out error the first time I tried to upload the zip file. The browser prompted to re-submit the form, which I accepted. It appears that, despite the error, the first attempt was successful. Looks like an oversight in the way submitting things is handled.
