Apply shell themes from user directory. This supports light,dark and high contrast styles. Please name each css file along with GNOME one.

1. Bad schema id, path and schema file name. 2. Move line 7 `extension.js` and null that out in disable. 3. Disconnect the signal on disable (line 39 `extension.js`). 4. Don't use `this` when you are not in a class. 5. Please check all lines and fix the lines with indentation issues.
