In response to your last review. 1-6 have been fixed. 7. I have added conditionals so resources are only installed if they are not already 8. There is a python version of bowser (https://github.com/blipk/bowser) it is not shipped with this extension but the extension maintains compatibility with it if the user has installed previously.
