Synchronize GNOME accent colors with OpenRGB devices

Please don't send extensions here without testing. The XML file has issue (line 1).
The extension was tested and was working before submission, the small xml corruption did not prevent the schema from compiling and the UI from working. But since most people can't be just perfect, I'll be implementing some stricter XML validation in my CI to prevent this from happening again. Thanks!
