Legacy version to support GNOME 40-44, tested on GNOME 40 and 42.
1. You should using so many unnecessary try and catch block. Please remove those. 2. You should use GNOME Shell version check instead (line 10-22 `prefs.js`). Also, extensions shouldn't use `Handy`. 3. You shouldn't init adw (line 44-49 `prefs.js`). It is initiated before your module getting imported.
