Turn the native GNOME dash into a bottom panel. Settings: dock mode, hide top panel, display on all monitors, panel height, panel background color... Very short code, very light extension: the dash object is the GNOME dash object itself.

Hi JP, Someone asked this on Reedit. ;-) A lot of caveats, of sourse... I took a Dock Express basis to make this simple one. I hope my prefs.js is ok, I'm quite new on non-basis stuff here.
Better to null out `this._settings` at the end of disable. Also remove the timeout first thing in disable.
