Panel indicator and window management for the Loft messaging app. Adds a panel menu listing Loft's configured services, each with show/hide, do-not-disturb and quit controls, plus a global do-not-disturb switch. Also activates Loft windows on request and keeps the ones hidden to the tray out of alt-tab. Requires Loft to be installed and running; the menu controls it over D-Bus.
